Section II:   Building Exterior Treatment

  • Combinations of the various approved finished materials
  • Use of material change (vertical and/or horizontal) to break up building form and create movement along the facade
  • Dominate material may comprise a maximum of 80% of each primary elevation
  • Walk-out basement walls should be treated as an extension of the main structure, using materials such as stone or brick to form the base and transition to the ground plane
  • Finishes are not to terminate on outside corners, minimum wrap back is 24 "
